Payment
- When you make a Booking, you agree to pay the cost of your stay, including any charges and taxes that may apply.
- You may pay the Full Amount at once or to pay 50% upfront in case you are making a Reservation more than 7 days in advance.
- We will store your Payment Method details for collecting the rest of the open amount.
- Open Balance has to be collectable 8 days before check-in date. If that is not the case your Reservation will be automatically cancelled on day 7 before your check-in date.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation of your Reservation is possible up to 14 days before check-in date. Reservations cancelled between 14 and 8 days before check-in date will be charged 50%. Reservations cancelled less than 8 days before check-in date will be fully charged, including the automatically cancelled Reservations.
- Eventual Refunding Amount will be transferred to your account within 8 days after the Cancellation.
- Host has rights to cancel your Reservation due to unforeseen circumstances in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
Policies
- We commit to provide you with the fully operational house and equipment as presented on the web site, including the listed amenities, comfort and cleanness according to the highest standards.
- We are making ourselves available for any related question or inquiry prior and during your stay on our premise with intention to provide you with the best experience.
- When you make a Booking, you accept the applicable policies and house rules as displayed on the web site and during the booking process.
- If you think you’re not going to arrive on time, please contact us and let us know when we can expect you.
- As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behaviour (in relation to the Accommodation) of everyone in the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their permission before providing us with their personal data.
- Maintain the security of the Accommodation and its contents during your stay. So don’t, for example, leave doors or windows unlocked.
- Take care of the Accommodation and its furniture, fixtures, electronics and other contents, and leave things in the same state they were when you got there. If anything is broken, damaged or lost, make sure you report it to the staff as soon as you can, and certainly before you check out.
- The damage doesn’t relate to general cleaning, ordinary wear and tear, any crimes (such as theft), or any non-physical ‘damages’ (e.g. fines for smoking or bringing pets).
- Fine for bringing pet(s) is EUR 500. Fine for indoor smoking is EUR 200 per event. Fines would be used for cleaning and restoring of the property to its original state.
- In case of non-settled damage or fine, we reserve the rights to decide if we are going to initiate a (legal) claim against you.
- We do not take any responsibility for possible loss or damage of your own goods as well as for the possible injuries during the stay on our premise.
